The Club turns 9 years old this year!
With the help of many voluntering hands, it will continue to be a viable club for many years to come.
2020 has turned into a year that started with top notch speakers and suddenly everything came to a halt because of COVID-19 although we were able to have three forays during the year. Hopefully 2021 will be different although we have already cancelled the January meeting. It's a friendly group of nature oriented people to go play in the woods with!
Tune in to find out about our upcoming meeting topics and planned forays. All meeting are free to attend, and forays are open to all current members.
We have an identification table set up at each meeting and foray, so you can bring your foraged treasures to be identified by experienced mycologists.
Throughout the month, special finds, impromptu forays, pictures, and articles are shared on our private Facebook group SWMushrooms.
Come join us for a walk in the woods!

We provide information and support to members interested in education, cultivation, hunting, identifying and cooking wild mushrooms through:
Note: We are an all-volunteer organization, and cannot come to your place to ID mushrooms. It is also not recommended to ID mushrooms by description or photo. We may be able to ID mushroom samples at our meetings.
